Hi there, I’m Stephanie!
Let's talk about this little thing called mid-life.
You know... that phase where your work and life collide and you're left wondering if there's a bigger purpose for you.
Yep. That was me.
I'd built a successful wedding business from the ground up, called Along Came Stephanie. I had the honor of making client dreams come true at beautiful destinations around the world.
I loved my work, but deep down I knew in my heart there was more...
At the same time, I had a mounting health crisis happening.
It wasn't overnight, it was slow... little symptoms, here and there.
I was losing my energy, and my passion. Brain fog was becoming the norm, and I struggled to focus and make it through the day.
It wasn't until I realized I needed to make changes to my lifestyle, home, diet, and routines that everything started to change.
With so much advice out there about what to do and not do, I wasn't sure where to start or who to trust.
So... I did my own research to go on a journey of healing myself, my home, and even helping my husband improve his own health.
What happened was this:
The brain fog lifted.
My sleep improved.
I could focus again.
My hair grew in fuller than it had been in years.
My husband’s allergies lessened - including to soap, which he’d been allergic to for years!
And we both had energy we hadn't had in years.
All of this made such a difference, I trained to become a Certified Life & Mindset Coach and Functional Beauty Specialist.
Today I help women make small changes to remove toxins from their day-to-day lives. From skin care to makeup to household cleaners, to nutritionals and foods, I help women find a renewed sense of energy, health and purpose.
As the namesake behind the Along Came Stephanie brand, my career in the event and wedding industry spanned over two decades.
I live in Southwest Florida with my husband, Dave. We’ve been married for over 36 years, and have two adult children, Bradley and Morgan. We also have an angel son, Derek. I enjoy gardening, traveling, spending time in the mountains, and laughing and making funny videos with my husband who Dave, (aka Jolene… watch us here.)

“Stephanie demonstrates remarkable resilience…
and perseverance in the face of challenging circumstances, such as becoming a teenage parent, experiencing the loss of a child, and facing financial difficulties. The commitment to not give up on the marriage despite societal expectations and hardships is commendable.”
